<When using a hot water bath>
Remove from the freezer and thaw the bone-in chicken until tender.
◎Put water and the chicken in the sealed pot and boil for 2 minutes.
<In the case of a microwave oven>
Remove from the freezer and thaw the bone-in chicken until tender.
◎Make an incision in the plastic bag and heat the bone-in chicken in the microwave.
*Do not discard the chicken oil, but pour it over the bone-in chicken and enjoy.
